Delete individual records

You can remove individual food diary entries, hydration records, activities, weight entries, personal foods, personal recipes, and meal-plan items from their matching screens in AvaRhythm without deleting your account. If you cannot access the app, email support.avafitness@everestdigital.ai with the subject “AvaRhythm Data Deletion” and identify the records you want removed. We will verify that you own the account before completing the request.

You can permanently delete your AvaRhythm account from inside the app. Open Settings, find Your account, choose Delete account, and confirm the deletion.

What is deleted

Your profile, nutrition goals, food diary, hydration, activity, weight history, personal foods, personal recipes, meal plans, and account identifiers are deleted. Information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record obligations may be kept only for the required period.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google Play, or Stripe. Cancel the subscription through the store or payment service where you purchased it before deleting your account.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access AvaRhythm, email support.avafitness@everestdigital.ai with the subject “AvaRhythm Account Deletion.” We will verify that you own the account before deleting it.
